The Challenge

A year-round lap pool in downtown Rehoboth Beach? At first glance, it seemed impossible. With the constraints of city lot sizes and setback regulations, creating a functional and beautiful pool appeared to be a significant challenge when we received the initial inquiry.

The Results

To our delight, we were wrong. With one of the largest lots in the area and a home that allowed for ample lot coverage, we designed and built a stunning lap pool that our client can enjoy every day, all year long. To enhance functionality, we installed an autocover to help retain heat, making it efficient and practical even during colder months. The pool’s gorgeous beaded finish adds an elegant touch, and the expansive patio provides plenty of space for the kids and grandkids to gather and relax. The result is so spectacular that we’re a little jealous ourselves—this pool is ready for endless swims and unforgettable memories!
