The Challenge

What happens when you already own a property in downtown Rehoboth Beach but want a bigger pool? The challenge was to create a larger outdoor living space while maintaining the charm and functionality of a property in a vibrant, bustling beach town. The goal was to strike a balance between luxury, privacy, and usability in a location known for its summertime hustle and bustle.

The Results

The solution? Building a second home designed specifically for optimal outdoor living. The new space features a stunning freeform pool that creates a natural oasis in the heart of downtown. To enhance the sense of tranquility, a water feature was added, providing soothing ambient noise that offsets the lively summer atmosphere. For year-round enjoyment, a spa was included, making outdoor family gatherings possible even during holiday visits. The result is a backyard retreat that blends relaxation, functionality, and beauty in a way that perfectly complements its beachside location.
