From Empty Lot to Hot Hot Hot

The Challenge

The Challenge - Our clients gave us a call to see if we would be interested in taking a look at an empty lot. We assumed they meant after they put a house on it. Not so! They wanted to secure the empty lot to make the outdoor living space dreams are made of. They asked for it all. And Joe started on a custom pool design that would give it to them!

The Results

The Results – Wow – where do we start? A custom pool house with a full size kitchen and fun bar accents. Just outside the pool house is the Alfa Ovens Pizza Oven thats a family favorite. There is a tile, spillover spa, a tanning ledge for mom with the brand new coral ledge loungers. An awesome geometric pool anchors the middle of the project. There is a gas fire pit ready for s’mores or chilly evening. Around the exterior of the project are awe inspiring fire bowls. And there is still plenty of room for outdoor living and furniture groupings. We know that this project is going to bring joy and family memories for years and years to come.
