When Do Clients Meet You?

My relationship begins with the initial phone call or when prospective clients visit our design studio. Then the clients see me again during the reveal of their pool design and then a third time to select their materials for their custom-designed project. It's during the pool design meeting that they get to connect the voice with the person they originally spoke to.

What do you love most about your role at Ashton Pools by Design?

Talking with clients and finding out all that they wish for regarding their pool and outdoor living project. Listening to their ideas and discovering what makes their project unique.

What do you like to do on your down time?

I enjoy gardening, outdoor activities, exercising, and the beach.

What is your favorite part of the Ashton Pools by Design process?

Initially, talking with clients and learning what they desire in their backyard oasis. I then share that information with Joe and Nicole, so they can prepare a complete, custom design package for that clients' project. My favorite part is the client's reaction when they see their project in 3D format on the large screen here in our design studio.

What do you love most about living at the beach?

What's not to love? We're surrounded by state parks, the ocean, Rehoboth, and Lewes Bays and the beauty of Gordon's Pond Trail. I also love hosting family and friends in my home for the past 25 years.

Why Ashton Pools?

I owned a retail business here for 18 yrs. I was ready for a change, so I sold my shop. Joe and Nicole's vision for their company was intriguing to me, so I joined the company in Feb 2020. I believe in Quality, Creative Design, and Craftsmanship. Ashton Pools By Design excels in these qualities by creating one of a kind outdoor living projects for their clients.
