Step 2: Reviewing Your Outdoor Design Project Contract

After you experience your design, we’ll review the contract together. Nearly 90% of our clients make edits, so adjustments are a normal part of the process. Our goal is to clarify every detail, ensuring you feel fully comfortable and confident about what’s included in the project. We’re here to answer your questions and make sure everything is crystal clear.

Step 4: Deposit and Approval for Your Outdoor Design Project

Once you’re ready to move forward, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your project. This initial investment allows us to work on pre-construction, including submitting for HOA or town approvals. If you’re concerned about approvals, rest assured—our team performs thorough due diligence on each lot before presenting a design. We’ve never had a project denied due to permitting or HOA approval so that you can have confidence in our expertise.
