Business as usual: Our response to Covid-19

In such an unsettling and unexpected situation, we wanted to reach out to our valued clients to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to continue business as usual, while making sure to be responsible when it comes to social distancing.
For prospective clients, we are operating as usual and are more than happy to discuss your plans for an outdoor living transformation! The office team is working mostly from home at the moment in order to comply with social distancing, but we are available to contact through email and are happy to organize a call or video chat.
As construction work is still currently being considered an essential service in Delaware, our team is continuing to work hard building dream outdoor spaces. Of course, with nearby states being shut down it is proving difficult to process all of our deliveries and ensure that we have our full workforce available, so it is inevitable that our new ‘normal’ is certainly not us at 100%. Despite this, we are optimistic that the situation is only temporary and we’ll be back to normal before we know it.
It is worth noting that the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) have found “no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.” So, with proper care, there should be no problems with opening and enjoying your pool for the summer season and getting your recommended daily exercise.
