We had an exceptional experience collaborating with Ashton Pools. Although there were initial challenges with permitting, once construction commenced, everything progressed seamlessly. The team captured our vision perfectly and delivered a design (and final product) that exceeded our expectations. Maggie played a pivotal role in navigating any necessary changes to adhere to permitting regulations. Throughout the construction phase, the team maintained impeccable standards, keeping the worksite clean and ensuring constant communication with us. Joe and Nicole were both delightful to work with, and we couldn’t be happier with the final outcome.

Having seen the work that the Ashton Group had done for our next door neighbor, we contacted them for a plan to design and build a patio for us. They responded quickly to our request and provided a plan. It was acceptable to us and within days the work commenced. Two employees of the company arrived and within two days they had created a beautiful paver patio. We were very impressed at how diligently and quickly they worked. We now have a wonderful place to do our outdoor grilling thanks to the Ashton Group at the Beach.

Joe was great to work with. Very patient. Very flexible with dates and places to meet as we do not live in Rehoboth full time. Great suggestions and listens to what customer wants. Does not push for his designs, but rather gives options and advice on how to make the customers visions come to life. Great quality work.

We would highly recommend the Ashton Group at The Beach for your outdoor space. They did a FABULOUS job on our patio and outdoor cooking area. From the moment we first met Joe, we knew we were in the right hands. He is very patient, understanding, takes time to go over everything and most importantly reliable. He is also a really nice, caring guy.

My wife and I hired Joe and Nicole to design and build our pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, patio and fire feature. They worked seamlessly with our custom home builder to make sure the project was completed on time and on budget. We cannot say enough about how great an experience we had with Ashton. Ashton’s service after installation was also excellent, they always came back right away to fix any issues and have always been there to help when needed. We enjoyed working with both Joe and Nicole. Our goal was to create a resort-like experience for our friends and family – and Ashton Pools by Design helped us do just that! We were impressed with the professionalism and service from the first meeting, when the first question was, “What’s your lifestyle like?” rather than other contractors who first asked about our budget. Ashton demonstrated that they truly wanted to design and build something custom for us! What is amazing to me is that the final result is EXACTLY like the design we worked on with Ashton several weeks before the actual build began. That typically doesn’t happen. However, since Ashton did their homework about what was and wasn’t possible with our property, their design was spot on! And, they not only designed the pool, but the entire backyard area – landscaping, hardscape, fence, decks, hot-tub, pool, etc – full service! We are so happy we chose Ashton Pools to create our year-round slice of heaven to share with friends and family!

Ashton Group at The Beach did a fantastic job for my patio! I interviewed several businesses and Ashton had the deepest base layer, right equipment for the job and knowledgeable staff to create a top-notch result. Joe worked with me to create the design and was patient while I tweaked to finalize the plan. I would recommend Ashton at the Beach for any hardscape project!

I am incredibly impressed by our experience with Ashton Pools. We shopped around for the right pool builder and a friend recommended we speak with Nicole at Ashton. She was outstanding to work with, leading us down all the right paths with our decisions. Kurt, who designed our concept for us did an outstanding job of bringing all we imagined to life through both drawings and a 3-D video. We felt like we really could see and not just imagine what our pool and patio would look like. And the truth is, it looks even better than what we saw. We had a great construction team led by our construction manager Lee who was so easy to work with. He was always friendly, understanding when we needed more information and was incredibly responsive. Keith was another one of the on-site managers and, like Lee, was great to work with. He was a constant during the process and we really felt well-taken care of by Keith. Mike also was on site quite often and was excellent. He had a great way of explaining things to us in ways that were easily understandable. Peter was our Pool School contact and was very thorough in his explanation of how we operate the pool equipment and keep all the the pool treatments in balance. Two other team members noteworthy are Danette who manages the outer office area and is the first person to greet you and hep guide you to the right people. She was new when we first began our relationship with Ashton, but you’d never know that she had just started. She’s always friendly and knowledgeable. Last but not least is Brian. He was on site during certain phases, most notably when they dug the pool. It was at the beginning of the project and we had lots of questions that he always took time to answer. Overall, the experience was fantastic with Ashton. I highly recommend them as a top-notch and professional pool builder. You won’t be sorry!

Joe was very helpful even before we signed on with Ashton. His designs and 3D renderings allowed us to visualize the finished product, and plan accordingly. The Ashton Team worked with us to provide a product that worked for our space and remained within our budget. Although Ashton was not the least expensive of the quotes we received, they delivered a high quality product that was worth the extra expense. We also appreciated (as did our new neighbors!) that the firm kept a clean workspace throughout construction. Ashton Group finished our pool, landscaping, finishing work within the expected time frame.

I chose the Ashton Group because their designs were a step above everyone else, and Joe Ashton was very easy to work with and was great at suggesting designs and materials that he thought would look great.

Ashton pools recently completed our backyard project, and WOW, we are thrilled with the result. The entire Ashton team has been phenomenal to work with, from our first meeting to the last piece of travertine laid. We were so impressed with the design phase and the magic worked by Maggie, partnership with our HOA to get plans approved, updates during construction and the responsiveness from Joe and Nicole throughout the project. The crew was top notch and took pride in their craftsmanship. They were also very mindful of our neighbors (we have a tight property line!). We are so happy with our decision to partner with Ashton Pools by Design and love our new outdoor space!
